Please enclose a check or money order (payable to BayShore School) in the amount of $20.00. This fee will be applied to your enrollment, if it is submitted during the current school year (2008-2009) and cannot be rolled over to future years. The fee is non-refundable if you decide not to enroll. Should you lose these materials and want to request an additional set, another $20.00 fee will be required, yet only $20.00 will be credited to your account.
There is a $20.00 fee for bank-returned checks - this is not applicable toward tuition.
