Readings on Alcohol & Drug
for High School Students

The following are a collection of websites and downloadable PDFs for your teenage student to read.  All of the readings are from either governmental agencies, or nonprofit organizations, and are developmentally appropriate for adolescent youth.  While all materials have been chosen (and read) by the director of BayShore School, it is advised that parents also review them to determine applicability for individual children, and also so that the topics can be discussed intelligently between parents and children ... there's nothing more embarrassing than having a kid who knows more than a parent in these sensitive topics.

Read all to receive credit for fulfilling the Alcohol, Narcotics and Restricted Dangerous Drugs high school graduation requirement (CEC § 51203).
